Conflict is a disagreement and argument between two people or a group .

Disagreement leads to conflict in the workplace:
-Poor Communication. It can lead to misunderstanding between employees and or manager.
-Different Values. When there is a lack of acceptance and understanding of these differences.
-Personality Clashes. All work environments are made up of differing personalities.

Conflict is a disagreement/difference between people.

According to "Retsinas collaborative law center" is the following:
"A disagreement is different from a conflict, which is again different from a dispute – and not knowing the difference between the different types of interactions can actually exacerbate the issues at play and make it that much harder to find a solution."

A disagreement is a short-term problem with a fixable solution.
Disagreements exist along a continuum of informal arguments around the kitchen table to how to structure a project with your team at work.

A conflict is deeper and more long-lasting than a disagreement.
A conflict is a deeper disagreement involving layers of emotions, some of which may go unrecognized by the people involved. Whereas you can knock out a disagreement by resolving a single short-term issue, a conflict is going to keep going even if you fix the small stuff.

Conflict refers to the misunderstandings between people.

According to me, conflict is something that develops when two people or groups with different beliefs and understanding have different perspectives and opinions about something and from there conflict may arise.
In addition, conflict is sometimes a big issue that can even cause disharmony between people and can cause a big chain of other problems such as divorcing between families or unsharing of what was being shared and other various family problems.
More to that, some people can even commit crimes due to conflicts they have with their partners.

However, conflicts can be solved between people by practicing good and effective communication strategies and understanding each other's feelings and where they are coming from.
